Quality and development

We systematically sample the deposit before and during raw material extraction. We systematically analyse the data obtained in this way and use a geoinformation system to create a quality model of the deposit, among other things. On this basis, we plan the extraction according to the requirements and wishes of our customers.

We supplement our regular laboratory chemical analyses by comparing them with the results of analyses carried out by certified testing laboratories and our customers. We also carry out regular geological-mineralogical work to characterise the deposit. The results are also incorporated into the geoinformation system. This becomes an integral part of our quality assurance.

Good knowledge of our products and the deposit is the basis for further development work. Our deposit contains gypsum/anhydrite rock, which enables many other uses. Specific examples are burnt gypsum, stucco plaster, flowing screeds and as a mineral carrier (especially calcium and sulphur).
