Quality and development

We systematically take samples from the natural mineral deposit before and during extraction. The data we collect is analysed with the help of a geographic information system and serves to draw up a quality model for the deposit. We use this model to plan extraction work according to the needs and requirements of our customers.

We consolidate our regular chemical analyses by comparing them with the results of tests carried out by certified laboratories and our customers. We also regularly assess the characteristics of the deposit through geological and mineral studies. We enter the results into our geographic information system, making it an integral part of our quality assurance system.

In-depth knowledge of our products and the mineral deposit are key to our future development. The deposit is rich in gypsum and anhydrite, which is ideal for manufacturing calcined gypsum, moulding plaster, liquid screed and products rich in minerals (especially calcium and sulphur), to give a few examples.
